Capital Campaign
Dear Friends of Camp Wilmot,

As the winter season begins in earnest, we are looking back fondly at memories of warm, sunny summer days at Whites Pond. We are coming off of another successful summer of camp and the site has been busy this fall with rental groups.

Camp Wilmot is a beloved place for many, and the site itself is at the age where it has some very real maintenance and infrastructure needs. Three of our lake front cabins need residing, many of the roofs around camp are in need of replacement, and we need to have the farmhouse and Barn repainted. These larger projects are a financial investment in the space so that Camp Wilmot can continue to serve campers, church groups, and community members for years to come.

In order to finance these larger projects, the Board of Directors is excited to announce a three year capital campaign for Camp Wilmot. Our goal is to raise $200,000 over the next three years to fund these larger infrastructure projects as well as invest in a new outdoor pavilion to serve the camp for years to come. If we exceed our fundraising goal, the money will be kept in reserve for future maintenance projects.

- Phase 1
$50,000- Residing Water Front Cabins
- Phase 2
$60,000- Repainting and Renovating Barn and FarmHouse
$45,000 Replacing Roofs on Cabins and Farm House
- Phase 3
$45,000- Outdoor Pavilion

As 2024 comes to an end, please think of donating to Camp Wilmot! Every year, our incredible staff come to staff meetings sharing stories they’ve heard from campers. The children they care for come from all walks of life and yet everyone talks about camp the same way: they call it a place where they are loved unconditionally and feel totally safe to be themselves. More than ever, kids today need spaces like Camp Wilmot and we are beginning this fundraising journey, walking alongside both God and our generous fundraising family.

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday season.

Warmly,
The Wilmot Board of Directors
Donating to Camp
Camp Wilmot is a truly special place. A place where kids can escape technology, immerse themselves in the outdoors, and grow into every part of themselves.
We run on your support. Nearly half of our campers come to camp on scholarships and your donations help us to keep doing what we do: creating a community where so many children can experience both God and nature like never before!
